We are proud of every student who contributed to this season and excited about what lies ahead.\u201d\" rel=\"nofollow\">NTPA<\/a> Academy. \u201cThey reflect the commitment our students make every day to excellence, creativity, collaboration, and growth. Whether on stage, in the orchestra pit, backstage, or in the classroom, our students are developing the skills and character that prepare them for success in the arts and beyond.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Schmidt &amp; Jones High School Theatre Awards included:<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf Best Orchestra \u2014 NTPA Academy<br \/>\u25cf Best Lighting Design \u2014 Tyler Bialowas<br \/>\u25cf Best Actress in a Minor Role \u2014 Sophia Bock<\/p>\n<p>As well as nominations for:<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf Best Ensemble<br \/>\u25cf Best Actor \u2014 Gabriel Putnam<br \/>\u25cf Best Actress \u2014 Taylor Winton<br \/>\u25cf Best Supporting Actress \u2014 Milla Fort<br \/>\u25cf Best Supporting Actress \u2014 Meredith Holmes<br \/>\u25cf Best Actor in a Minor Role \u2014 Nate Jeffries<br \/>\u25cf Best Ensemble Member \u2014 Zelie Bernstein<\/p>\n<p>Sophie Zeigon was also a nominee for the Broadway Dallas High School Musical Theatre Award for Outstanding Lead Performer.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThese awards affirm what we see every day,\u201d Madlock said. \u201cWhen students are challenged, supported, and empowered to pursue excellence, extraordinary things happen.
