The nonprofit is asking people to take action to support those affected.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Organizers were joined by the Lubbock Chamber.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The walk will be Saturday, Oct. 3. There is no registration fee to join, and participants can sign up individually or with a team.
