It diverted to Laredo. The flight track ends over Laredo&#8217;s Bob Bullock Loop, which is Texas State Highway Loop 20.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Police said they received a call at about 10 p.m. local time.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Part of the plane remained on the road early on Wednesday, Investigator Joe Baeza told reporters during a press conference.
