HOUSTON \u2013 The heaviest rainfall is expected in coastal communities, where totals of 2 to 6 inches are possible. Across the Houston metro area, rain chances will be more scattered, with some neighborhoods seeing heavier downpours while others receive much less.<\/p>\n
Away from the coast, most locations can expect between a half-inch and 1 inch of rain, though isolated higher amounts will be possible in stronger storms.<\/p>\n
