This Father\u2019s Day, Bigham\u2019s Smokehouse is celebrating more than great barbecue. The longtime Lubbock BBQ restaurant<\/a> is honoring the father, founder, and family legacy behind one of the city\u2019s most recognizable BBQ names.<\/p>\n Bigham\u2019s Smokehouse was founded in 1978 by Don Bigham, a Texas Tech graduate who came to Lubbock for school and quickly fell in love with the community.
