He say he\u2019ll use his business expertise to raise outside revenue for the city to build for the future. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Green explained why he does not support the no-new-revenue tax rate that Mayor Mark McBrayer has wanted.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Early voting ends Tuesday, June 23.
