Construction is projected to complete by the end of June 2027.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">The new location places the potential bar near a dense mix of residential neighborhoods and commercial corridors in Plano, an area that has seen consistent retail and restaurant growth in recent years.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">The Plano location would join a growing footprint for the concept across the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
