According to an Oct. 30 news release, the new drive-thru restaurant will be locally owned and operated by Houston resident Drew Ellis, who also owns the Sawyer Heights location.<\/p>\n
“I\u2019m honored for the opportunity to expand my footprint and continue deepening relationships in the community that has supported me over the past decade,\u201d Ellis said in the news release. \u201cWith the opening of Chick-fil-A Washington & Yale, I\u2019m excited to cater to the evolving needs of our guests.”<\/p>\n
The restaurant will offer drive-thru, delivery and catering options, as well as a new walk-up window for carry-out. The menu includes chicken sandwiches, strips and nuggets, along with sides such as salads, fries and fruit.<\/p>\n

Guests who visit the new location on Nov. 6 dressed in cow spots or cow-spotted accessories will be able to receive one free entr\u00e9e or kid’s meal when going through the drive-thru line, per the release.<\/p>\n
