A few years back, Tecovas had a pop-up event in Lubbock. Featured were insane deals on “irregular” boots, although I searched and searched and never found so much as a scuff on any of the several I tried on.<\/p>\n

I picked out a pair that I love and still wear constantly, because Tecovas are not boots for a season, but for a lifetime. At the time, I wondered why Lubbock didn’t have a year-round store, considering the insane popularity of the pop-up event. I may soon no longer be left to wonder, but to enjoy.<\/p>\n

I got a tip that Tecovas is considering a Lubbock store. A dear friend of mine, who frequents a Tecovas store in another city but lives in Lubbock, received this email:<\/p>\n

Where The New Tecovas Location Could Be<\/p>\n

The survey asks about shopping habits, particularly how often you shop at Canyon West, West End, South Plains Mall, and Kingsgate. Talk about some heavy hitters!<\/p>\n

Personally, I think any of these shopping destinations are fantastic option for Tecovas. They all present serious advantages for the brand and for the consumers who want to buy them. I would be asking for input too!<\/p>\n

Tecovas began as one Texan’s frustration at the inability to get a good pair of boots- the kind that are not only beautifully crafted but made to work and last for years.\u00a0Paul Hedrick went from selling his handmade boots at farmers’ markets to now boasting over 50 locations across several states.
