According to the order, he must pass the exam within three attempts and achieve a score of 75 or higher within one year of receiving the order. The Compliance Division of the Board shall select records for at least 30 patients seen by Dr. Boonipat during three-month periods as well. <\/p>\n<p>Court documents say that Dr. Boonipat failed to properly diagnose a patient\u2019s anesthetic sickness when the patient had a reaction in preparation for a procedure. <\/p>\n<p>\t<a href=\"https:\/\/www.everythinglubbock.com\/news\/local-news\/a-unified-mission-frenship-coach-and-athlete-off-to-the-national-stage\/?ipid=promo-link-block1\" class=\"promo-link__link\" target=\"&quot;_blank&quot;\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><br \/>\n\t\tA Unified Mission: Frenship coach and athlete off to the national stage\t<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Specific panel findings revealed that Dr. Boonipat removed over 5 liters of lipoaspirates for a patient, who, according to court records, should have warranted a higher care setting with an overnight admission and a catheter.
