The Big Dill, the World\u2019s Largest Pickle Party\u00ae<\/a>, and be crowned its Pickle Queen on Saturday, Nov. 7, 2026, at Texas Live! and the plaza of Globe Life Field in Arlington’s Entertainment District.<\/p>\nThe crown even has history. In 1949, the Pickle Packers Association staged the first National Pickle Week, a spectacle documented by LIFE magazine that crowned its own Pickle Queen and drove a reported 22 percent jump in pickle sales. More than 75 years later, the crown goes to the one name pop culture already tied to pickles.<\/p>\n
\u201cNicole \u2018Snooki\u2019 Polizzi did not jump on the pickle trend. The pickle trend caught up to her,\u201d said Kevin Baxter, co-founder of The Big Dill. \u201cFor years, our community tagged her because they understood the connection before anyone else did. Pickles are everywhere now, but Nicole made them part of pop culture first, and The Big Dill has been throwing the World\u2019s Largest Pickle Party\u00ae since 2019. This is where those two stories finally meet.\u201d<\/p>\n

Polizzi was pop culture\u2019s pickle girl long before brine became a national obsession. More than a decade ago, she told an MTV audience, \u201cPickles are my thing,\u201d and the line stuck. Now, with pickles on fast-food menus, in viral grocery aisles and at the center of Gen Z party culture, the rest of the country has caught up to where she has been all along.<\/p>\n
The 2025 Arlington debut sold out a full week early. Fans can join the waitlist now at bigdill.com\/tour for first access before tickets open to the public on July 28. There will also be opportunities for 100 people to get meet-and-greet tickets with Polizzi.<\/p>\n
The trend is real, and it is still climbing. U.S. searches for \u201cpickle flavor\u201d hit an all-time high in 2025, as McDonald\u2019s rolled out dill \u201cGrinch Salt\u201d fries nationwide, and Business Insider reports pickles now appear on more than 30 percent of American restaurant menus. The North American pickle market reached $9.45 billion in 2025 and is projected to approach $10 billion in 2026, while pickle festivals across the country report record crowds.<\/p>\n
The Big Dill\u00ae created the genre in 2019, before pickle parties became America\u2019s newest craze. Founded in Baltimore, the festival has sold out every edition: it packed Philadelphia\u2019s Xfinity Live! and the Wells Fargo Center parking lot in 2024, and its 2025 Arlington debut sold out a full week early and drew more than 8,200 fans. Other brands followed. Past Big Dill sponsors include Jimmy John\u2019s, Cheetos with Chester Cheetah, Red Bull and Vitaminwater, along with Best Maid, the Official Pickle of Texas, which is marking its 100th anniversary this year and returns for a second straight year alongside 15 artisan pickle makers.<\/p>\n
Then, there\u2019s the spectacle. Viral TikTok personality The Pickle Priest returns to bless the crowd in his over-the-top ritual, the mechanical pickle rodeo dares guests to hold on, and the main stage carries live music all day before it turns into the Pickle RAVE, a full-blown dance party under the lights.<\/p>\n
There are also plenty of family-friendly activities:<\/p>\n
\nPickle UP!, the festival\u2019s interactive game show, runs fans through physical challenges like bobbing for pickles, pickle trivia and games with real prizes, including six-foot stuffed pickles.\u00a0
\nThe most fearless line up for the World Pickle Eating Championship and the Brine Chug Challenge.
\nMany unique food options, such as pickle pizza, fried pickles, pickle fries, pickle lemonade and even pickle ice cream from dozens of vendors, most from the Texas State Fair.\u00a0
\nThe grounds become one nonstop pickle carnival with costume contests and larger-than-life photo moments.
