EL PASO COUNTY, Colo. (KOAA) \u2014 The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office had issued a shelter-in-place order for an area east of Monument on Tuesday. As of 1:45 p.m., the sheriff’s office says that the shelter-in-place order has been lifted. <\/p>\n

The incident happened along 4000 Bobbie Kay Place, which is located near the Highway 83 and Walker Road interchange.<\/p>\n

According to the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office, three people were in an argument when one of them pulled out a gun and fired, hitting one person.<\/p>\n

At this time, the condition of the person who was shot is unknown.<\/p>\n

The sheriff’s office says the suspect is on the run, but there is no threat to the community at this time.<\/p>\n
