The baby-snatching Texas killer<\/a> at the center of a recently-released Netflix true crime documentary allegedly dismissed murdering her pregnant pal as just \u201cone horrible thing.\u201d<\/p>\n

Taylor Parker \u2013 who is on death row for the 2020 killing<\/a> of Reagan Simmons-Hancock \u2013 whined to her mom about her jail cell, not being able to wear makeup during court proceedings, and sobbed that she wasn\u2019t able to speak to her children, according to never-heard-before jail calls obtained by The Sun.<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cMom, they would charge me with s\u2013tting on a fly right now if they could, literally, that\u2019s what it comes down to,\u201d Parker complained to her mom Shona Prior between 2021 and 2022. <\/p>\n

\u201cI mean, there\u2019s another girl that\u2019s here, and they literally just threw some bogus bulls\u2013t on her just because they could, just because it makes them look better.<\/p>\n

\u201cI mean, it\u2019s like [you do] one horrible thing, they\u2019ll do anything and whatever.\u201d<\/p>\n

Taylor Parker faked her own pregnancy before killing her pregnant friend and stealing her unborn child. Bowie County<\/p>\n

Prior hit back, \u201cWell, Taylor, you know, I understand what you\u2019re saying, but I don\u2019t think you\u2019re thinking about that like you should be thinking about that.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI mean, it\u2019s not just you do one horrible thing and they try to throw the book at you.\u201d<\/p>\n

Parker sobbed and even told Prior \u201cI\u2019m sorry\u201d but the matriarch wasn\u2019t convinced by the tears.<\/p>\n

\u201cI know you did not think about the consequences of your actions. I know that,\u201d she bluntly said.<\/p>\n

Parker sobbed she was unable to see her son, but again Prior fired back back, saying, \u201cI\u2019m sure it does, but you know what? I hate to say this, but if you\u2019d have been thinking about the children that you had on earth, you might not be in the situation you\u2019re in.<\/p>\n

Reagan Hancock-Simmons was brutally murdered by Parker. Instagram\/@reagan_hancock__<\/p>\n

Parker is on death row for her crimes. Idabel Police Department<\/p>\n

\u201cBut, I mean, that\u2019s what\u2019s done is done. And you have to go forward and deal with the consequences as best you can.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cYou\u2019re not the only one dealing with them. We\u2019re all dealing with them.\u201d<\/p>\n

Parker, now 33, crushed\u00a0Simmons-Hancock\u2019s skull with a hammer and stabbed her more than 100 times in her New Boston home before removing her baby from her womb<\/a> with a scalpel.<\/p>\n

Parker, who faked her own pregnancy in the 10 months leading up to the killing, murdered Simmons-Hancock, 21, after telling her partner she was going to the hospital. She sadistically left the mom to die in front of her daughter, 3, before being arrested while driving the dead infant to an Oklahoma hospital.<\/p>\n

Parker was held at the Bi-State Detention Center \u2013 a maximum security intake lockup in Texarkana \u2013 pre-trial. She is only one of seven women on death row in Texas.<\/p>\n

She grumbled about not being able to wear make-up in court and complained the lights in her cell were on 24 hours a day.<\/p>\n

Prior appeared to be more sympathetic when her daughter complained about not being able to wear makeup.<\/p>\n

\u2018Maternal Instinct\u2019 premiered on Netflix on June 12. Netflix<\/p>\n

\u201cSo the thing about it is if they try to discriminate [against] you as a person, that will work in your favor in the long run because they\u2019re not giving you a fair chance,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou know, they\u2019re wanting you to look like a homeless criminal.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey\u2019re not wanting you to look like a human because that would be beneficial to you and detrimental to them.\u201d<\/p>\n

Parker, branded an \u201cevil piece of flesh demon\u201d by her victim\u2019s heartbroken mom, was convicted of capital murder in November 2022 after a jury of six men and six women in Bowie County deliberated for less than two hours.<\/p>\n

During her trial, prosecutors said that her fake pregnancy scheme<\/a> was a bid to stop her partner Wade Griffin from leaving her.<\/p>\n

Parker \u2014 who could not conceive after a hysterectomy \u2014 wore pregnancy disguises, faked ultrasounds, posted about her pregnancy online and even threw a gender reveal party for the fake baby.<\/p>\n

Dustin Estes, a Special Agent of the Texas Department of Public Safety, testified Parker watched YouTube videos on how to deliver and care for babies.<\/p>\n
