Since then, the former charcuterie restaurant has sat vacant, but a new tenant is developing ambitious plans for the &#8220;jewel box&#8221; building.<\/p>\n<p>A recent project filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) named &#8220;Yosemite&#8221; lists the address of the shuttered Cured, indicating a new concept headed to the space.
