ARLINGTON \u2014 A second-half scoring surge and 20-point performances from both Paige\u00a0Bueckers and Azzi Fudd could not sink the first-place Minnesota Lynx, as the Dallas Wings<\/a> fell 85-77 on Sunday afternoon at College Park Center.<\/p>\n

The Wings (11-8) dropped their second straight game and their third and final contest against the Lynx (15\u20134), who swept Dallas for a consecutive season.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Dallas trailed Minnesota 55-35 with 6:20 remaining in the third and came within four after a Bueckers layup midway through the fourth quarter. But the Lynx went on a 12-8 run to close the game, which the Wings struggled to get a handle on early.<\/p>\n

Bueckers<\/a> finished 10 of 17 for 25 points, adding three rebounds and four assists. But she recorded four uncharacteristic turnovers \u2014 three by the time Dallas called a timeout with 2:24 remaining in the first quarter. Fudd<\/a> recorded 21 points and four steals, finishing 4 of 9 from three and playing a huge role in Dallas\u2019 second-half rally. But she shot 8 of 23 on the day.<\/p>\n

As a team, Dallas recorded 15 turnovers to 13 assists and shot 28 of 74 Sunday.<\/p>\n

The Wings survived two nailbiters, both decided by two points or less, against the Chicago Sky <\/a>and the Seattle Storm<\/a> within the last week.
