HOUSTON – As thousands of soccer fans descend on Houston for FIFA World Cup festivities, a local law firm is stepping up to help supporters celebrate safely.

JD Silva & Associates is offering complimentary Lyft rides for fans departing Houston Stadium and the official FIFA Fan Fest through the holiday weekend. Using the promo code FIFASILVA, the first 500 eligible riders can claim a free ride home — no excuses needed to skip the keys.

The promotional code is active through July 6, 2026, and can be entered directly into the Lyft app before requesting a ride. Rides are available on a first-come, first-served basis while promotional funds last.

“Houston is proud to host fans from around the world, and we want everyone to enjoy the energy and excitement of FIFA while making smart choices when it’s time to head home,” said Johnathan Silva, founder of JD Silva & Associates.

“Whether you’ve spent the day at the stadium or cheering alongside fellow fans at Fan Fest, we want to help make getting home safe and easy.”

The initiative reflects JD Silva & Associates’ broader commitment to public safety and community engagement during one of Houston’s largest international sporting events. With a major influx of visitors expected throughout the tournament, the program aims to curb impaired driving while improving the overall fan experience.

“Major events like the FIFA World Cup bring communities together in incredible ways,” Silva said. “This is our way of giving back to Houston and helping ensure that great memories of the tournament don’t end with preventable tragedies on the road.”
