Lynn St., AustinEstimated timeline: January 15, 2027-January 15, 2029 TxDOT Georgetown AEM Facility Renovation & Expansion<\/a><\/p>\n This project includes the construction of a new 11,200-square-foot area engineer office building on the existing 10.2-acre Texas Department of Transportation property located in Georgetown. Additional site buildings include Wash Bay, Brinemaker Shed, Equipment Storage, Salt Shed and Fuel Island.<\/p>\n Location: 2727 S.
