The second-most-favored amendment was Proposition 7 with 88.93%.<br \/>Proposition 10 would authorize a temporary property tax exemption for homes completely destroyed by fire.<br \/>Proposition 7 would authorize property tax exemptions for surviving spouses of veterans who died from service-related conditions. The exemption could transfer to a new home if the spouse has not remarried.<br \/>The lowest percentage in Collin County was Proposition 6, with 58.92%.
