(KKTV) &#8211; Tuesday morning, health officials issued Air Quality Health Advisories for Fremont, Teller, Huerfano, Pueblo, El Paso, Lincoln, Elbert, Morgan, Washington and eastern Custer Counties.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The air quality alert was issued at 8:15 a.m. Tuesday by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE). The alert lasts through 9 a.m. Wednesday. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The air quality alert is in effect due to wildfire smoke making its way through southern Colorado.
