This list is not comprehensive.<\/p>\n<p>Now open<\/p>\n<p>CityVet Mueller<\/p>\n<p>The pet clinic opened south of Mueller in the spring. CityVet provides veterinary and urgent care, including medical, dental and surgery procedures. The vet has in-house pharmacy services and pet supplies.<\/p>\n<p>Haus Obscura<\/p>\n<p>After relocating to East Sixth Street earlier this year, the studio opened its new gallery space late in the spring with art and sculpture pieces. Haus Obscura includes a fine art print studio and gallery, a shared courtyard area and cyclorama wall for photography. In addition to selling original paintings, the studio also offers archival prints of all featured art.<\/p>\n<p>Mola<\/p>\n<p>The eatery and bar from owners Daniel Pittman, Ryan Bentkowski and Valmir Merkaj opened earlier this year on the east side. The space offers tapas with imported Spanish ham, sausage, fish, cheese and more. Artisanal cocktails, wine, beer and coffee are also served. Mola hosts music and other events.<\/p>\n<p>Nan Xiang Express<\/p>\n<p>The neighborhood dim sum eatery is now fully open following a soft launch this spring. Named after a Shanghai town, the sister concept to New York\u2019s Michelin Guide-recognized Nan Xiang Xiao Long Bao serves signature soup dumplings, Shanghai-style dim sum and appetizers like pot stickers and salads.<\/p>\n<p>Padel39<\/p>\n<p>The Texas-based social and wellness concept opened its second Austin location on the east side. The expansion adds hospitality and community programming to 12 outdoor padel courts, with the Club39 sports bar, Method39 Hyrox training club and cafe serving Greater Goods coffee, Rosen\u2019s bagels and Rockman pastries. Pizza from Forno Veloce and tacos from Santo Patio are also available.<\/p>\n<p>Pressure Gym<\/p>\n<p>The fitness center celebrated its grand opening June 26. It offers boxing, kickboxing and other high-performance training, and participants can choose from drop-in, class pass or membership packages.<\/p>\n<p>Coming soon <\/p>\n<p>Athletic Outcomes<\/p>\n<p>The fitness studio owned by Brittaney and Pat Cook is now offering founding memberships for its new Mueller location, offering various fitness classes and other services like the Small Group Personal Training program for personalized coaching and community building.<\/p>\n<p>Ostillo<\/p>\n<p>A new art foundation will debut in Rosewood later this year. Founded by Austin-based developer and art collector Ren\u00e9 Campos, Ostillo will include an exhibition space, library and open-air performance area. The foundation will open with an art program drawn from a collection covering the 1980s to present.<\/p>\n<p>Kadampa Meditation Center Austin<\/p>\n<p>The nonprofit meditation studio will open a 2,260-square-foot space at Parkside at Mueller later this year. Kadampa hosts meditation classes, retreats and other events.<\/p>\n<p>What\u2019s next\u2014Permits filed with the Texas department of Licensing and Regulation<\/p>\n<p>All Good Things Studio<\/p>\n<p>The east side creative studio and venue is planning an 1,875-square-foot addition for a coffee shop and private event space, according to a state permit filing. All Good Things currently hosts private events and offers various consulting and partnership services.<\/p>\n<p>Pilates Addiction<\/p>\n<p>The pilates studio is opening a 1,511-square-foot east side space, according to a state permit filing. Pilates Addiction offers several core-, strength- and mobility-based classes.<\/p>\n<p>RBI Austin<\/p>\n<p>The youth athletics and mentorship nonprofit is moving forward with its plans to build a permanent home. Located on 33 acres, the new headquarters will include an outdoor baseball field, indoor turf field and offices.<\/p>\n<p>In the news<\/p>\n<p>Emo\u2019s Austin<\/p>\n<p>The global entertainment company AEG Presents is <a href=\"https:\/\/communityimpact.com\/east-austin\/business\/emos-austin-venue-set-to-undergo-renovation-rebrand-in-2027\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">renovating and rebranding<\/a> the Emo\u2019s Austin property next year. The new space will complement AEG\u2019s nearby 65,000-square-foot indoor music venue project in the River Park mixed-use development, while the original venue plans a move downtown.<\/p>\n<p>Emma S. Barrientos Mexican American Cultural Center<\/p>\n<p>The downtown cultural center <a href=\"https:\/\/communityimpact.com\/central-austin\/business\/emma-s-barrientos-mexican-american-cultural-center-debuts-renovated-facility\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">reopened June 6<\/a> after a years-long makeover.
