Check out these four businesses and restaurants coming soon to Allen, as previously reported by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.communityimpact.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Community Impact<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>This list is not comprehensive.<\/p>\n<p>1. <a href=\"https:\/\/communityimpact.com\/allen\/dining\/food-hall-concept-wonder-to-offer-cuisine-from-more-than-20-restaurants-in-allen\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Wonder<\/a><\/p>\n<p>As part of a larger expansion to Texas, Wonder is slated to develop a location in Allen. The company is app-based and allows diners to mix and match dishes from more than 20 restaurants in a single order. Menu items are made-to-order and include a range of cuisines. The kitchen also offers menu items in collaboration with chefs such as Bobby Flay and restaurants such as Tejas Barbecue, alongside Wonder concepts such as Pop Salad.<\/p>\n<p>2. <a href=\"https:\/\/communityimpact.com\/allen\/business\/birkenstock-store-slated-for-allen-premium-outlets\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Birkenstock<\/a><\/p>\n<p>A Birkenstock store is planned for Allen Premium Outlets, a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation project filing states.<\/p>\n<p>The project filing shows work is planned to finish out a roughly 2,500-square-foot retail space near the northwest corner of the shopping center. German footwear brand Birkenstock offers shoes for men, women and children. Styles offered include a variety of sandals, clogs, sneakers and boots, its website states.<\/p>\n<p>3. <a href=\"https:\/\/communityimpact.com\/allen\/business\/dynamite-performance-golf-coming-soon-to-allen-following-council-approval\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Dynamite Performance Golf<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Allen City Council members unanimously approved a specific use permit to allow Dynamite Performance Golf to operate in a space on Bethany Drive at a June 23 meeting.<\/p>\n<p>The golf-simulation business uses a high-speed 3D motion capture system to help members improve their golf technique, and also offers golf-specific fitness training and precision club fitting, per its website.<\/p>\n<p>4. <a href=\"https:\/\/communityimpact.com\/allen\/dining\/the-coach-coffee-shop-coming-to-allen-premium-outlets-this-summer\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">The Coach Coffee Shop<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Located inside the Coach store, the coffee shop will serve coffee, sweet treats and more for customers to enjoy while shopping, a news release states. Coach sells bags, shoes, wallets, clothing, accessories and more, per its website.<\/p>\n<p>Opening in summer 2026820 W.
