After years of planning\u00a0and anticipation, Plano’s mixed-use development at Legacy West is set to host\u00a0its grand opening event this weekend.

\nFrom\u00a0Friday through Sunday, the event gives nearby\u00a0residents\u00a0their first look at some of Legacy West’s biggest components, including its 55,000-square-foot food hall, according to the development’s spokesperson Victoria Snee.
\n
\nThe three-day festivities include live music\u00a0as newly opened restaurants and stores offer food and drink tastings and discounts. The Legacy West mixed-use development is located at\u00a05905 Legacy Drive, just west of the Dallas North Tollway.

\nThe grand opening event lasts from 5-9:30 p.m. Friday, noon-9:30 p.m. Saturday, and noon-5 p.m. Sunday.

The grand opening features live musical performances throughout the weekend. Here’s the schedule:<\/p>\n

Friday\u2014Jordan Kahn Music Company<\/a>, 7:30 p.m.<\/p>\n

Saturday\u2014Emerald City Band<\/a>, 2 p.m.<\/p>\n

Saturday\u2014Party on the Moon<\/a>, 7:30 p.m.<\/p>\n

Sunday\u2014Taylor Pace Orchestra<\/a>, 2 p.m.<\/p>\n

Legacy Hall, a three-story food hall, is expected to open later this year.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

The food at the grand opening is provided by\u00a0newly opened or soon-to-open restaurants at Legacy West including:<\/p>\n

Visitors will also have a chance to tour Legacy Hall<\/a>, the development’s 55,000-square-foot\u00a0food hall.<\/p>\n

Visitors can peruse a number of retailers when Legacy West hosts its grand opening weekend, June 2-4, 2017.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
