Deputies say both victims have non-life-threatening injuries as investigators work the scene on Ridgebriar Drive<\/p>\n

Two people, including an 8-year-old child, were injured in a shooting on Ridgebriar Drive in northwest Harris County. (Harris County Precinct 4 Constable’s Office)<\/p>\n

HARRIS COUNTY, Texas \u2013 Deputies with Harris County Constable Precinct 4<\/a> responded to reports of a shooting in the 1500 block of Ridgebriar Drive, where authorities said two people were injured, including an 8-year-old child. <\/p>\n

Officials reported the victims\u2019 injuries were not life-threatening.<\/p>\n

Investigators remained at the location to process the scene and collect evidence. <\/p>\n

The case is still under investigation.<\/p>\n
