The victim reported she believed someone was attempting to watch or record her, the Sheriff\u2019s Office said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Investigators identified the suspect as 36-year-old Ivan Abraham Ponce. Based on the evidence gathered, detectives obtained an arrest warrant charging Ponce with voyeurism. Bond was set at $10,000.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">On Thursday, July 2, the El Paso County Sheriff\u2019s Office Fugitive Apprehension Unit located Ponce at the 7900 block of Gateway East, where he was taken into custody without incident.
