Lake Creek Parkway, building A, AustinEstimated timeline: August 31-May 1, 2028Estimated cost: $17.9 million<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tdlr.texas.gov\/TABS\/Search\/Project\/TABS2026024292\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">YMCA Four Points<\/a><\/p>\n<p>This project involves the single-story renovation of the existing <a href=\"https:\/\/communityimpact.com\/lake-travis-westlake\/development\/15-million-investment-pushes-four-points-ymca-construction-forward\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">YMCA facility<\/a> and a new outdoor space with a pool house.<\/p>\n<p>Location: 8300 N. FM 620, AustinEstimated timeline: Jan. 1, 2027-Aug. 31, 2027Estimated cost: $17 million<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tdlr.texas.gov\/TABS\/Search\/Project\/TABS2026024151\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Blue Hole Nature Center<\/a><\/p>\n<p>A new 2,375-square-foot nature center is being built in Wimberley.
