{"id":365302,"date":"2026-07-08T12:37:48","date_gmt":"2026-07-08T12:37:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/365302\/"},"modified":"2026-07-08T12:37:48","modified_gmt":"2026-07-08T12:37:48","slug":"bob-hall-pier-to-begin-charging-admission-fees-by-mid-july-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/365302\/","title":{"rendered":"Bob Hall Pier to begin charging admission fees by mid-July"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas \u2014 A trip to Bob Hall Pier may soon cost visitors a few extra dollars.<\/p>\n<p>According to the Nueces County Coastal Parks Department, the popular fishing and sightseeing destination is expected to begin charging admission fees by the middle of July.<\/p>\n<p>Under the proposed pricing structure, general admission will cost $3 per person, while anglers will pay an additional $4 for each fishing pole brought onto the pier.<\/p>\n<p>County officials say discounts will be available for seniors, active military members, and disabled veterans.<\/p>\n<p>The new fees come as improvements and future additions continue at the pier.
