TxDOT labels this as just general construction, but all drivers need to be advised that delays should be expected anywhere along the swathe of road that this construction project covers.<\/p>\n<p>From Frankford Avenue to Avenue P, road construction spans across several neighborhoods and is expected to end on October 31.
