A third Tim Hortons is in the works, and a new filing sheds some light on where and when we might expect it.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The TDLR filing stated that the Blanco Road location will cost an estimated $200,000 to build out, with construction expected to run from September 7, 2026, to November 18, 2026. However, construction timelines are subject to change, so the actual start or completion could be earlier or later than the timeline listed.<\/p>\n<p>CO3 Brands is the local franchise group behind the Tim Hortons brand coming to San Antonio. On Wednesday, July 8, the group shared that the first location will open soon at 2907 N. Loop 1604 E., showing off the nearly completed cafe in a TikTok video.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The wait is almost over!
