EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14\/CBS4) \u2014 Texas Democratic U.S. Senate candidate James Talarico is scheduled to make a campaign stop in El Paso this weekend, inviting residents to attend a community town hall focused on his bid for the U.S. Senate.<\/p>\n
According to the event listing, Talarico will speak with attendees about his campaign platform, which centers on combating the influence of “big money and corruption” in politics and advocating for working Texans. <\/p>\n
Campaign organizers say the town hall will give community members an opportunity to hear directly from Talarico, learn more about his campaign, ask questions and find ways to get involved.<\/p>\n
The El Paso stop is one of several South Texas events on Talarico’s schedule this month.<\/p>\n
