Kouchan Ramen<\/a> will offer Tonkotsu ramen with spicy and black garlic options as well as gyoza, or dumplings, according to the company\u2019s latest news release. Its \u201cGod Fire Tonkotsu\u201d ramen is made with chili oil, while its \u201cBlack Garlic Tonkotsu\u201d is blended with roasted garlic oil.<\/p>\n The restaurant has signature Hakata style ramen with pork bone broth simmered for hours, per previous reporting<\/a>.<\/p>\n The Plano location is the first location in the US. Media representative Yukihiko Aoki said it has two other locations outside of Japan, with one located in Thailand and the other located in Korea.
