EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14\/CBS4) \u2014 A former nurse practitioner in El Paso, who surrendered his license in 2025 after allegations surfaced that he had sexually inappropriate relationships with patients, has been arrested.<\/p>\n
According to the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office, on Wednesday, at around 3 p.m., 50-year-old Victor Lee Ilog was arrested on two outstanding felony warrants for two counts of sexual assault.<\/p>\n
The charges come from allegations that KFOX14\/CBS4 first reported on back in October 2025, when documents from the Texas Board of Nursing detailed the accusations spanning four years from 2021 to 2025. <\/p>\n
Court documents show that detectives spoke with a patient suffering from manic depression and bipolar disorder, whom Ilog treated at Atlantis Behavioral Health Services.<\/p>\n
The victim said Ilog would make sexual comments, show them his aroused penis, and eventually start sexually assaulting them at every appointment, which was once a month. <\/p>\n
Jail records show Ilog was booked into the El Paso County Downtown jail on Thursday, where he remains under a $100,000 bond.<\/p>\n
