He was arrested Friday morning in the Dallas area and will be extradited to Solano County to face charges.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">The 18-year-old was identified as Jamario Baker, who died shielding his 11-year-old sister, who was also hurt. Two other people were injured in the shooting.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">Fairfield police say witnesses came forward and alerted them that the suspect had fled to Texas.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">&#8220;There were many witnesses that were present, there were over a 1,000 witnesses that day.
