A third alarm followed, bringing approximately 60 to 70 firefighters to the scene to battle the flames.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Officials said the fire <a data-ylk=\"slk:caused;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas;\" data-yga=\"{&quot;yLinkElement&quot;:&quot;link&quot;,&quot;yLinkElementType&quot;:&quot;article_link&quot;}\" href=\"https:\/\/www.wfaa.com\/article\/news\/local\/3-alarm-condominium-fire-destroys-building-displaces-several-in-north-dallas-friday-morning\/287-8b87a8ee-f514-4b78-b729-d8e1c2505627\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">caused<\/a> significant structural damage, including multiple roof collapses.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">At least 24 condominium units were destroyed or heavily damaged, leaving more than 45 residents without homes. When I looked up, I could look and see that my condo was gone.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Fire investigators have not determined what sparked the blaze.
