EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14\/CBS4) \u2014 El Paso police are asking for the public\u2019s help in finding a missing 13-year-old boy who requires regular medication.<\/p>\n

The El Paso Police Department\u2019s Crimes Against Persons Unit is looking for Jacob Garcia.<\/p>\n

Police said Garcia was last seen on July 9, 2026, at about 1 a.m.<\/p>\n

Garcia is described as a 13-year-old White Hispanic male with shaggy black hair, brown eyes, a thin build and weighing about 98 pounds. <\/p>\n

He is between 5 feet 2 inches and 5 feet 4 inches tall.<\/p>\n

Police said Garcia was last seen wearing a black hoodie, black pants, and white-green Puma shoes.<\/p>\n

According to the missing person bulletin, Garcia has a scar across his abdomen and a scar on the left side of his neck. <\/p>\n

Police also said he is hard of hearing and has a medical condition that requires regular medication.<\/p>\n

Anyone with information on Garcia\u2019s whereabouts is asked to contact the El Paso Police Department at 915-212-4040.<\/p>\n
