Following the soft opening in November, a grand opening will be held in December.<\/p>\n<p>The menu, which features breakfast, lunch and dinner options, will include nachos, fajitas, chilaquiles, enchiladas, salads and more. Breakfast items, including omelettes, crepes and waffles, will be served all day. The drink menu will feature fruit margaritas, desert cocktails, cervezas, tequilas and mezcales.<\/p>\n<p>What\u2019s in a name?<\/p>\n<p>Barrera said he chose the name of the restaurant as a tribute to his mother, Josefina Barrera Rodriquez, who was a single mother to four sons.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c[She] raised her children&#8230;with strong values and unshakeable faith.
