Photo courtesy of the Las Cruces Fire Department.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The first arriving crew encountered an active fire and smoke coming from the structure: a mobile home.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">According to Las Cruces Fire, the first arriving crew performed a thorough search of the home and did not see any victims. The home appeared to be unoccupied.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The fire was brought under control within 15 minutes and there was no damage done to surrounding structures.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire is under investigation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Copyright 2026 Nexstar Media, Inc.
