{"id":371699,"date":"2026-07-13T22:16:07","date_gmt":"2026-07-13T22:16:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/371699\/"},"modified":"2026-07-13T22:16:07","modified_gmt":"2026-07-13T22:16:07","slug":"el-paso-county-oks-2-19m-contract-to-add-shade-shelters-benches-and-grills-at-parks","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/371699\/","title":{"rendered":"El Paso County OKs $2.19M contract to add shade shelters, benches and grills at parks"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El Paso County commissioners have approved more than $2.1 million in funding for improvements at multiple county parks, bringing new amenities such as shade shelters, benches, grills and trash receptacles to communities across the county.<\/p>\n<p>During Monday&#8217;s Commissioners Court meeting, commissioners unanimously approved a supplemental contract between El Paso County and Exerplay Incorporated for the installation of park improvements.
