She had last been seen on July 3rd, before she was found by officers and federal agents inside an abandoned home near Concepcion park.<\/p>\n<p>Late Friday, Search teams looking for missing 7-month-old Ozana Cisneros discovered skeletal remains near Concepcion Park, hours after her missing mother was rescued from a vacant home nearby.<\/p>\n<p>RELATED | <a href=\"https:\/\/news4sanantonio.com\/news\/local\/live-police-presence-near-confluence-park\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Mother found, skeletal remains discovered as search for Ozana Cisneros continues<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Officers uncovered the remains around 9:30 p.m. Investigators have not yet determined whether the remains are human, nor have they confirmed any connection to the missing infant.<\/p>\n<p>Maximina Cisneros was rushed to a local hospital in non-life-threatening condition.<\/p>\n<p>RELATED | <a href=\"https:\/\/news4sanantonio.com\/news\/local\/amber-alert-continues-for-missing-san-antonio-7-month-old-after-mother-found-texas-bexar-county-police-investigation-evidence-search\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Mother&#8217;s boyfriend arrested as search for missing 7-month-old Ozana Cisneros continues<\/a><\/p>\n<p>In a separate development, the mother&#8217;s boyfriend, Isaiah Lopez, was taken into custody Friday, according to a source with knowledge of the investigation.<\/p>\n<p>Lopez attempted to flee from San Antonio police officers before he was arrested. He was also wanted on an outstanding warrant. <\/p>\n<p>During the arrest, officers reportedly found a firearm, and Lopez was booked on the outstanding warrant as well as a gun-related charge.<\/p>\n<p>The recovered remains have yet to be identified as those of 7-month-old Ozana Cisneros.
