(Copyright 2026 by KPRC Click2Houston &#8211; All rights reserved.)<\/p>\n<p class=\"Box-_wrDxHtU__Box-sc-10sa3ie-0 Text-nO2aZ44r__TextBase-sc-s2hv5x-0 jJNfBD fSvavs article-text\">HOUSTON \u2013 A body was discovered Monday morning in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.click2houston.com\/topic\/Greens_Bayou\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.click2houston.com\/topic\/Greens_Bayou\/\">Greens Bayou<\/a> in northeast Houston, according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.click2houston.com\/topic\/Houston_Police_Department\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.click2houston.com\/topic\/Houston_Police_Department\/\">Houston Police Department<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Box-_wrDxHtU__Box-sc-10sa3ie-0 Text-nO2aZ44r__TextBase-sc-s2hv5x-0 jJNfBD fSvavs article-text\">The discovery was made in Greens Bayou in the 12900 block of Industrial Road.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Box-_wrDxHtU__Box-sc-10sa3ie-0 Text-nO2aZ44r__TextBase-sc-s2hv5x-0 jJNfBD fSvavs article-text\">Efforts to recover the body are currently being impacted by severe storms moving into the area.
