ALVORD, Texas \u2014 A 24-year-old Wise County man has been arrested following a child exploitation investigation involving authorities from Taylor and Wise counties, according to the Taylor County Sheriff’s Office.<\/p>\n

Investigators said deputies with the Taylor County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigative Division, working alongside the Wise County Sheriff’s Office, executed a search warrant Tuesday at a residence in Alvord as part of an investigation into the alleged online solicitation of a minor.<\/p>\n

Authorities identified the suspect as Isaiah Johnson, 24, of Wise County.<\/p>\n

A 24-year-old Wise County man has been arrested following a child exploitation investigation involving authorities from Taylor and Wise counties, according to the Taylor County Sheriff’s Office. (Wise County S.O.)<\/p>\n

According to the sheriff’s office, investigators allege Johnson attempted to arrange a meeting for a sexual encounter with someone he believed was a 13-year-old girl from Taylor County. During a subsequent interview, investigators said Johnson admitted to possessing child sexual abuse material.<\/p>\n

Johnson was arrested on a Taylor County warrant charging him with online solicitation of a minor. He was also booked on charges related to the promotion or possession of child pornography, according to the sheriff’s office.<\/p>\n

Officials said Johnson was booked into the Wise County Jail.
