According to a list of the\u00a0top 100 hotel restaurants in America<\/a> created by OpenTable, four of them are in Dallas-Fort Worth. That’s an impressive number, as Dallas’ finest restaurants are often not inside hotels.<\/p>\n

“Restaurants aren\u2019t just an itinerary line item anymore, they\u2019re the anchor,” said Matt Davis, head of North America hotels at OpenTable, in a statement.\u00a0<\/p>\n

An\u00a0OpenTable survey of 1,500 U.S. residents in mid-2026 shows 60% of respondents booked a hotel because of the restaurant inside. But among the four Dallas hotel restaurants named, many of them are interesting stop-ins for locals, too.\u00a0<\/p>\n

North Texas eateries named\u00a0on a list of the top 100 hotel restaurants in the United States\u00a0are:<\/p>\n

The list of 100 restaurants was generated from over 10 million verified OpenTable reviews, according to company methodology.<\/p>\n

The OpenTable survey shares something we might already know: that half of Americans (48%) spend more time picking restaurants and bars than any other part of the trip.<\/p>\n

The top 100 includes some of the most famous hotel restaurants in America, like SingleThread Restaurant & Inn in the California wine country, a three-star Michelin spot; Wolfgang Puck’s Spago at the Four Seasons, and Nobu at the Grand Wailea Maui, both in Hawaii; the Palm Court at the Plaza Hotel in New York City; and Jean-Georges at the Four Seasons in Philadelphia.<\/p>\n
