The National Weather Service confirmed the tornado shortly before 8 a.m. and urged anyone in its path to take shelter immediately.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Some of the most dramatic footage capturing the storm shows eerie blue flashes lighting up the sky as the tornado struck a transformer, knocking out power.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Another captures the damage left behind.
