The twister comes while the area is dealing with a life-threatening flash flood threat.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p data-v-438398f6=\"\">SAN ANTONIO \u2014 Dramatic video near Interstate 10 in <a data-omtr-intcmp=\"fxw_weather-news_article_main-content_article-body_2_2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.foxweather.com\/local-weather\/texas\/san-antonio\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">San Antonio<\/a> appears to show a <a data-omtr-intcmp=\"fxw_weather-news_article_main-content_article-body_2_3\" href=\"https:\/\/www.foxweather.com\/category\/tornadoes\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">tornado<\/a> in the distance as traffic streamed along during the Wednesday morning rush.
