Designed as destinations in their own right, Field & Vine serves breakfast and dinner with a menu led by Executive Chef Daniel Armand, whose nearly four-decade culinary career has taken him from Haiti and France to New York, Nantucket, the Hamptons and Dallas. His menu blends French technique, Haitian influences, Texas ingredients and seasonal flavors into dishes that are both elevated and approachable.<\/p>\n

As the day winds down, Archer offers a contrasting atmosphere inside The Clara Hotel.<\/p>\n
The new cocktail bar and lounge features rich textures, warm woods, leather seating and low lighting designed to create an intimate setting for conversation. Its navigation-inspired cocktail menu includes drinks such as Polaris, The Meridian, Clara After Dark, Fixed Point, Western Sky and Long After Sunset, alongside a menu of shareable plates including lamb chops, tuna tartare, margherita flatbread and ancient grain hummus.<\/p>\n
