Learn more about road projects in your community.<\/p>\n<p>Upcoming projects<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/city-pflugerville-tx-projects.cleargov.com\/18422\/kelly-lane-phase-3\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Kelly Lane Phase 3<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Project: The road will be widened to four lanes from Moorlynch Avenue to Weiss Lane.<\/p>\n<p>Update: Full utility design was completed in May. If utility relocations continue as scheduled, the project will go out to bid in April 2027.<\/p>\n<p>Timeline: completion expected in March 2028Cost: $36 millionFunding source: city bond funds<a href=\"https:\/\/city-pflugerville-tx-projects.cleargov.com\/18798\/tr2501-parkway-drive-street-reconstruction-and-drainage-improvements\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Parkway Drive<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Project: The road will be reconstructed with pavement, curb, drainage, sidewalk and streetlight improvements.<\/p>\n<p>Update: The project was anticipated to bid in May.<\/p>\n<p>Cost: $3.2 millionFunding source: city bond funds, roadway impact fees<a href=\"https:\/\/city-pflugerville-tx-projects.cleargov.com\/18803\/tr2801-limestone-commercial-to-pfluger-farm-lane-north-connection-formerly-town-center-drive-extension\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Pfluger Farm Lane North<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Project: The road will be widened to three lanes and extended to connect to SH 45.<\/p>\n<p>Update: The city received a 60% design plan draft in June.<\/p>\n<p>Cost: $6.7 millionFunding source: city bond funds, roadway impact fees<\/p>\n<p>Ongoing projects<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.txdot.gov\/mymobility35\/projects\/capex-north.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">I-35 Capex North Expansion<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Project: This project will add one tolled lane to I-35 from US 290 East to SH 45, with a diverging diamond intersection at Wells Branch Parkway.<\/p>\n<p>Update: Work is underway to widen frontage roads from Grand Avenue Parkway to SH 45.<\/p>\n<p>Timeline: March 2023-early 2029Cost: $606 millionFunding source: funded by Capital Area Metropolitan Planning Organization and the Texas Department of Transportation<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"The city of Pflugerville has several transportation projects in various stages of progress.
