DENTON, Texas \u2014 An 18-wheeler’s trailer struck the overpass bridge along Interstate 35W and U.S. Highway 288, video obtained by WFAA showed.<\/p>\n
The collision happened at 11:51 a.m. Saturday, according to Ryan Jackson, who sent the video to WFAA. Denton police said it responded to a call for service at 11:52 a.m.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Denton police said there were no injuries and the 18-wheeler was towed from the scene. TxDOT engineers and hazmat crews were on scene to assess the damage, Denton PD told WFAA. Roads were never shut down, but rather diverted for this incident, police said.<\/p>\n
