{"id":379869,"date":"2026-07-20T18:14:35","date_gmt":"2026-07-20T18:14:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/379869\/"},"modified":"2026-07-20T18:14:35","modified_gmt":"2026-07-20T18:14:35","slug":"website-outage-leaves-dallascityhall-com-unavailable","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/379869\/","title":{"rendered":"Website outage leaves dallascityhall.com unavailable"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dallas officials said Monday that technicians were working to restore <a href=\"https:\/\/dallascityhall.com\/\" data-link=\"native\" class=\"\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">the city\u2019s website<\/a> after an outage left it unavailable for several hours.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s not immediately clear what caused the outage, according to city spokesperson Rick\u00a0Ericson. The city\u2019s IT department was notified of the outage at 9:55 a.m.<\/p>\n<p>The outage didn\u2019t affect 911 or 311 phone and virtual services, Ericson said.
