Menu highlights include ceviche, made according to a recipe Florez learned while traveling the Peruvian coast, and pollo a la brasa, roasted chicken cooked in an oven Florez said he brought to the restaurant from Peru.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe designed everything so that every customer takes a little piece of Peru with them,\u201d Florez said.<\/p>\n<p>Tayta also operates a location at the food hall <a href=\"https:\/\/revolvingkitchen.com\/locations\/fairview\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Revolving Kitchen<\/a> in Fairview.<\/p>\n<p><script async src=\"\/\/www.instagram.com\/embed.js\"><\/script><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Tayta Peruvian Restaurant is now open in Richardson.
