It\u2019s located on the northwest side of the building between Grand Lux Cafe and The Westin Galleria Dallas.<\/p>\n<p>The new site includes updated landscaping, seating and fresh pavers, along with an upgraded valet stand. Construction is expected to start soon on the project and be completed in the first quarter of next year. The architect for the effort is\u00a0Omniplan in Dallas.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u201cThe new North Plaza will be a welcoming space for shoppers to relax as they\u2019re visiting Galleria Dallas, giving them another reason to linger,\u201d Angie Freed, Galleria Dallas general manager, said in the statement.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Galleria Dallas is investing in renovations at the site as it looks to draw in more shoppers and improve the experience during their visits. A key effort is with Center Court, the area surrounding the skating rink in the middle of the shopping center.
