{"id":3831,"date":"2025-10-14T23:46:09","date_gmt":"2025-10-14T23:46:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/3831\/"},"modified":"2025-10-14T23:46:09","modified_gmt":"2025-10-14T23:46:09","slug":"enrollment-growth-job-accelerator-3-higher-education-updates-in-north-texas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/3831\/","title":{"rendered":"Enrollment growth, job accelerator: 3 higher education updates in North Texas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\t\t\t\tFrom increasing enrollment and scholarship numbers to the launch of a new talent accelerator, check out a compilation of the latest news from <a href=\"https:\/\/twu.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Texas Woman\u2019s University<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unt.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">University of North Texas<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>1. <a href=\"https:\/\/communityimpact.com\/dallas-fort-worth\/denton\/education\/2025\/10\/09\/twu-enrollment-merit-scholarship-numbers-grow\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">TWU enrollment, merit scholarship numbers grow<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Texas Woman\u2019s University officials announced that the number of students, merit scholarship recipients and credit hours all grew compared to 2024 data.<\/p>\n<p>The university\u2019s total population in 2025 as of the 12th day of class Sept. 10 was 15,424, according to a news release.
